Robin Shepherd became a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England & Wales in 1981. Since the replacement of the House of Lords with the Supreme Court in 2009, his official title is now that of a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales. He is a life member of the Northamptonshire Law Society and has served as a Council Member and Chairman of the Education and Training Committee. He was President in 2004. He has also worked as a committee member in the Law Society of England & Wales at Chancery Lane and as director of a charity. He is a member of the Law Society and Bar Council’s Joint Tribunal for Costs Assessment. He has practised in Family Law, Litigation and Criminal work for many years, dealing with a number of high profile cases in the Court of Appeal. His present work is now predominantly in the Private Client sector: it includes Wills and claims relating to them, Probate, Trusts and Powers of Attorney.



Victoria Meek is a past president of the Northamptonshire Law Society, who joined Shepherd & Co in 2014.  She undertakes Probate Work and Civil Litigation.
